We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to fill the position of Area Manager at AFAQ - Warehouse Branch - J02. As an operations lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily last mile operations for multiple stores, managing teams of operations supervisors and DSPs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, allocate labor, and lead meetings as needed.
  • Team Development: Develop and lead training programs to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with Amazon's Health and Safety standards.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Flexible schedule requirements, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
