**About the Role**
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading consumer intelligence company as a Senior Manager – Customer Success.
You will lead key accounts and project executions for strategic clients in the vertical and act as a consultative partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with key clients and exploring cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Demonstrating expertise across research types, including Brand Health tracking, C-SAT/MS, and U&A studies.
- New opportunity prospecting, taking research briefs, and developing relevant research proposals through suitable research design and sample plans.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 9+ years of relevant working experience in Market Research and quantitative research projects.
- Strong client focus and understanding of research techniques.
- Ability to influence, persuade, and develop long-term sustainable relationships.
