About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or accounting and experience with MS Dynamics Navision and MS office tools. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage customer billed invoices.
  • FOLLOW UP ON UNPAID BALANCES OVER 30 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT TERMS.
  • GENERATE AND SEND STATEMENTS OF ACCOUNTS TO CLIENTS.
  • CLIENT VISITS: VERIFY PAYMENT STATUS AND RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.
  • ARRANGE CHEQUE COLLECTIONS AND ISSUE RECEIPTS FOR CLIENT CHEQUE PAYMENTS.
  • UPDATE A/R FOLDER FOR WEEKLY BOD REPORTS WITH CASH COLLECTION FORECAST FOR SIX WEEKS.
  • SEND EMAIL UPDATES INTERNALLY FOR THE TOP 10 AR CLIENTS TO CXOS.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management or Accounting.
  • Well-versed with MS Dynamics Navision and MS office tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Persistence and Hardworking.
  • Detail-oriented.
