We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our HVAC project sales efforts and drive business growth in this dynamic sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the air conditioning sector.
  • Establish relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers to generate leads and secure new projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the air conditioning industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
