Sales Growth Strategist

At Digital Pipl, we're a leading provider of innovative software solutions for airline crews. We're looking for a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to drive our growth in the aviation sector.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the aviation industry and airline crew management software.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the private sector and government.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior sales role in the software or aviation industry.
- Extensive network of contacts in the private sector and government within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and airline crew management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
