Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Ali Zaid Al Quraishi & Brothers Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities for our assigned brands, with a focus on achieving coverage, distribution, visibility, and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Management: Ensure proper handling of all stock as per supplier standards, and achieve business brand merchandising standards as per KPIs and in line with signed BDAs.
  2. Sales and Distribution: Communicate and train customers to effectively implement the brand strategy, and achieve business brand and region objectives as per approved KPIs.
  3. Price Management: Ensure that selling price by SKU is in line with company direction, and report any deviation to direct manager.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Motivate all stakeholders in the department and develop required competencies to achieve targeted service and satisfaction levels.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor and report stock levels, and keep all information confidential and secure.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Assist during internal and external audits, and raise issues with the concerned department.
  7. Policy Implementation: Review, implement, and communicate company policies and procedures, and effectively communicate and implement DMC values and code of ethics.
  8. Performance Management: Achieve qualitative and quantitative Sales & Distribution KPIs, and assist RSM and TMMs in negotiating BDAs agreements with key accounts.
  9. Team Management: Attend daily morning meetings with the sales team, and manage collection follow-up and receivables management.
  10. Business Development: Develop and present sales plans and targets by accounts to deliver sales objectives, and implement agreed journey cycles by channel.
  11. Trade Management: Ensure implementation of BDAs as agreed with Key Accounts & suppliers, and implement Trade visibility and display Planograms per brand.
  12. Customer Management: Maintain close, professional, and productive business relationships with all trade and customers, and manage all price compensations and credit notes issuance to customers.
  13. Reporting and Analysis: Report Channel Stock and item shelf life along with sell-out performance on a monthly basis, and support product launch programs and implement with supplier coordination.
  14. Training and Development: Update Trade Sales Force on product knowledge, features & benefits, and selling stories.
