Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at SOES. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our sales force by combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and address technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  3. Review and approve all proposals for the Business Line sales in cooperation with the Sales team and GM or Sales Director if needed.
  4. Coordinate with the Operation Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.

Business Development:

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  2. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.

Technical Expertise:

  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  2. Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  3. Collaborate with product management teams to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in the Oil & Gas or Power Industry.
  • Knowledge of valve repair and pump maintenance services.
  • Experience in selling capital equipment, projects, and maintenance services.
