Facility Manager Role and Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management
Lead and supervise a team responsible for maintaining and operating the facility. Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure effective teamwork.

Facility Manager Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Experience3 years of experience managing facilities of a similar size.
Technical KnowledgeStrong understanding of building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems. Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
Leadership and Management SkillsStrong leadership and management skills to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts. Excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
Problem-Solving AbilitiesProactively identify and resolve issues. Address maintenance concerns, optimize operations, and mitigate risks.
