Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability reports.
  2. Oversee project invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
  3. Establish and maintain project management plans, health and safety plans, quality assurance/control plans, and other required documents.
  4. Assign responsibilities to key subordinates and monitor their performance.
  5. Negotiate changes to project scope with clients and subcontractors.
  6. Market and secure additional work with clients.
  7. Maintain client relationships and rapport with potential teaming partners.

  9. Identify staffing plans for projects and pursuits.
  10. Responsible for employee performance, recognition, and disciplinary efforts.

  13. Submit abstracts to conferences and encourage presentations from staff.
  14. Collaborate with other managers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans.
  15. Work with project engineers and discipline leads to develop project plans.
  16. Rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or accommodate significant changes to project scope.
  17. Maintain current and timely change orders.
  18. Promote technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes.
  19. Monitor and report project progress to management.
  20. Act as Company representative with clients and subcontractors.
  21. Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings.
  22. Establish weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.
  23. Participate in proposal development and client meetings.
  24. Identify business development opportunities and maintain current knowledge of project pipeline.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
  2. 12+ years of related work experience, with +6 years in infrastructure work.
  3. Broad general technical and business background.
  4. Ability to meet Parsons' project management certification requirements.
  5. Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity.
  6. Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  7. Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
  8. Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects.
  9. Saudi Nationals only.
