About the Role
This key position will lead the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of potential partnership opportunities with critical community partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business development, market research, and relationship-building. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business initiatives, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
* Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate the organization's growth and market presence.* Contribute inputs into the development of strategies, proposals, and project documents related to KFSH&RC strategic partnerships.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis, and develop final recommendations for growing partner relationships.* Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions regarding partnerships.* Actively engage and negotiate with potential partners, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the industry to secure advantageous terms.* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure alignment and productive collaboration.* Develop and manage partner agreements, including analyzing and reporting on the performance of partnerships, providing actionable insights, and making recommendations for optimization.* Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies that may impact current and future strategic partnerships.* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the organization and explore new partnership opportunities.* Ensure adherence to organization information security policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly.
Requirements
* Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Change Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related discipline required.* Five (5) years of related experience with Master's, or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree required.
