Responsible for developing and executing strategic and innovative plans for engaging critical community partners in support of the programs, services and capital needs of KFSH&RC strategic partnerships.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Leads the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate the organization's growth and market presence.
- Contributes inputs into the development of strategies, proposals, project documents related to KFSH&RC strategic partnerships.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships.
- Conducts thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions regarding partnerships.
- Actively engage and negotiate with potential partners, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the industry to secure advantageous terms.
- Fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure alignment and productive collaboration.
- Develops and manage partner agreements, including analyzing and reporting on the performance of partnerships, providing actionable insights, and making recommendations for optimization.
- Stays updated on industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies that may impact current and future strategic partnerships.
- Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the organization and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Ensures adherence to organization information security policies and procedures, and reports breaches or other security risks accordingly and follows all Hospital's related Policies and Procedures.
Education
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Change Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Five (5) years of related experiences with Master's, or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
