Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our team at Dev2Work. As a key member of our Eastern Region Manufacturing Admin Area, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the operations team during the entire lifecycle of rotating equipment, analyzing performance, operational conditions, and boundaries to ensure reliable and safe operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot rotating equipment failures and performance issues, utilizing your knowledge and familiarity with international standards to improve equipment performance.
  • Equipment Optimization: Implement best-in-class solutions for rotating equipment, adhering to international standards and internal company standards.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, upgrade programs, and projects related to rotating equipment.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Provide technical solutions to equipment failures, utilizing sound maintenance strategies to analyze, address, and rectify root causes to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Operational Excellence: Propose changes in operating modes, technological improvements, or maintenance strategies to support the company's vision of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total NGL/LPG process units experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years of experience in handling gas processing and NGL Fractionation.
  • Skills: Exposure to different licensor technologies for gas processing and NGL Fractionation, familiarity with Honeywell UOP and Shell licensed units, and certified PHA/HAZOP leader.
  • Software Proficiency: Ability to carry out process simulation using Aspen software package.
