Job Overview

Midis Group Kuwait seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective account management and partnerships. This role involves leading our portfolio of accounts and developing strategies to optimize sales volumes and champion marketing programs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and implement account strategies in coordination with the management team.
  2. Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and targets aligned with business objectives.
  3. Lead vendor relations and develop/maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales and establish new opportunities.
  4. Analyze data and develop metrics evaluating loyalty and new opportunities.
  5. Specify market requirements for current and future products through on-going visits to customers.
  6. Oversee the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection.
  7. Assess credit and/or payment performance and review outstanding settlements.
  8. Ensure proper storage, tracking, and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system.
  9. Generate sales for the portfolio of accounts in terms of long-term revenue and profitability.
Talent Development
  1. Lead and coach the team, cultivating empowerment and ownership.
  2. Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
Position RequirementsEducation

A Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or any other related field is required.

Experience

At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing is necessary.
