About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5-10 years in business development or sales, with a proven track record in KSA.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics and key industries.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with KSA government regulations and licensing processes.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
