Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner at NEOM, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR expertise and support to our leadership teams. You will be embedded within the Business area(s) you support, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people solutions that align with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Advice: Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders, ensuring that people solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  2. People Planning: Develop and implement people plans that align with our overall People Strategy and relevant Business strategy.
  3. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from job creation to exit, ensuring seamless transitions and effective talent management.
  4. Talent Management: Embed and operationalize Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and Succession Planning to drive business success.
  5. Performance Management: Drive Performance Management, including ratings calibration and Performance Improvement Plans, to ensure high-performing teams.
  6. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of employee engagement and drive business outcomes through effective people management.
  7. Case Management: Manage employee relations matters, ensuring effective resolution and minimizing risk.
  8. Functional Objectives: Ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership across all business functions.
  9. Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with NEOM policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related subject; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 8+ years HR experience, with 5+ years in HRBP or equivalent role.
  3. Qualifications: Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
  4. Skills: Strong influencing, communication, and engagement skills; coaching and mentoring ability; analytical skills and ability to use data to inform business decisions.
