About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Finance Employee to join our finance team, focusing on working with the finance, audit, compliance, and other departments of selected Roche affiliates.

In this role, you will verify financial documents and transactions, handle integration processes between financial systems, support financial report preparation, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

As a key member of our finance team, you will participate in various programs, projects, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/HOD.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Verify financial documents and transactions for accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle integration processes between financial systems such as Concur and SAP
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and training material where required
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial documentation and processes
  • Take responsibility for assessing the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions
  • Participate in finance programs, projects, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/HOD
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position in the field of Finance/Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Good administrative & communication skills
  • High commitment to maintain/improve service levels
  • Open mindset and customer focus
  • Proficiency in English

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Experience in SAP / Concur system
