Midis Group Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to build strong relationships with customers, explore new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth;
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and identify new business prospects;
- Drive sales growth by negotiating prices, managing product/service delivery, and resolving customer issues;
- Provide expert advice on product/service offerings and recommend solutions to meet customer needs;
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform sales strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliverables;
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet sales targets, manage customer expectations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field;
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve customer issues;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and data;
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, industry developments, and company goals.
