Qualifications- Proven experience (8+ years) in senior sales roles, ideally in the automotive, e-commerce, or tech industry.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
