Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team at Alkhorayef Commercial Company.

The ideal candidate will have a background in event management and B2C marketing, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience working with advertising and marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and monitoring marketing team day-to-day activities and sales support to promote company image within marketing plans.
  • Assisting the Marketing Department Head in setting annual plans and implementing them.
  • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise awareness about the company and its brands.
  • Monitoring the implementation of approved advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.).
  • Collaborating with other departments to prepare any specific campaigns or brochures.
  • Conducting research and analyses about market trends in marketing campaigns or any other information that affects marketing strategies.
  • Following up with marketing services providers to ensure designs or services reflect the company image.
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • Monitoring collaboration with sales departments to prepare specific campaigns, presentations, brochures, and content.
  • Facilitating the process of supplier registration by submitting required documents to the customer in coordination with the sales team.

Policies, Processes and Procedures:

  • Implementing approved Marketing policies, processes, and procedures and providing instructions to subordinates while monitoring adherence.
  • Contributing to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.
  • Supporting in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.

Safety, Health and Environment:

  • Complying with all relevant safety, health, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Participating in incident and accident investigations as required.
  • Reporting on changes within AIC that impact relevant safety, health, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.

People Management:

  • Supervising, guiding, and assisting direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Actively participating in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of direct reports.
  • Generating commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm towards team goals.
  • Providing clear direction, prioritizing tasks, assigning and delegating responsibility, and monitoring workflow.
  • Providing opportunities for team members to suggest and participate in improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in event management and B2C marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of modern marketing techniques and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
  • Experience working with advertising and marketing agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
