Job Description:
The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization visits to build strong relationships with clients
- Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with customers for group business
- Maximize up-selling opportunities while adhering to selling strategies
Customer Focus:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Anticipate and address client needs through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client preferences and requirements to tailor sales approach
Colleague Relations:
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company initiatives and best practices
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to support their professional development
Administrative Duties:
- Manage accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales performance, and event details
- Utilize software applications to track sales data, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and submit reports to management highlighting key findings and recommendations
Sustainable Responsibilities:
- Implement eco-friendly practices to minimize the hotel's environmental footprint
- Educate colleagues and clients on sustainable initiatives to promote awareness and adoption
