Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization visits to build strong relationships with clients
  • Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with customers for group business
  • Maximize up-selling opportunities while adhering to selling strategies

Customer Focus:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Anticipate and address client needs through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client preferences and requirements to tailor sales approach

Colleague Relations:

  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to support their professional development

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales performance, and event details
  • Utilize software applications to track sales data, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and submit reports to management highlighting key findings and recommendations

Sustainable Responsibilities:
