Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of construction specialists, including engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.

Client Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, including safety, environmental, and technical requirements.

Commercial Management

Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, commercial, and operational risks.

Communication

Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Engineering degree in any discipline
  • PMC/EPC experience on delivering mega offshore projects
  • Commercially astute with good knowledge of contract management economics
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to achieve results in an environment where they may have to be achieved largely by influence
  • Good understanding of Project financial drivers and management
  • High level of personnel drive and initiative
