About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Merge Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the overall financial needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounting, financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and taxation and treasury activities of the company.
  • Prepare and present the company's statutory financial statements, management accounts, and budgets in accordance with set objectives, targets, policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the effective management of financial resources.

Requirements:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA in Finance is highly desirable and a Professional certificate (i.e. CFA OR CPA OR CMA).
  • 15 to 20 years of progressively responsible financial management work experience.
  • 8+ years Executive-level Finance & Accounting experience is required in Contracting industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP Oracle based financial systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate organization-wide initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty.
  • Decision Making Skills.
  • Organizing and Planning Skills.
