Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Your strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
