The Account Optimization Manager at HBX Group is a senior-level position responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with hotel suppliers. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing solutions to maximize revenue.

A critical aspect of this role is monitoring performance and KPIs for each hotel and cluster, working closely with the Account Manager to ensure optimal conditions are in place. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities via comprehensive market trends analysis and assisting in regular performance reviews to agree on strategic action plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to structure optimal agreements that drive business growth. Strong data analysis and insights skills are also essential, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
