Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

The Sales Manager (Groups) will be responsible for developing and implementing group sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position in the hospitality industry. This will involve analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, as well as collaborating with management to optimize group room rates and maximize revenue potential.
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals through strategic account development and maintenance
- Identify and execute key action steps to meet booking goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develop and maintain a robust customer base in assigned markets, focusing on group bookings and travel trade accounts
Collaboration and Communication
The Sales Manager (Groups) will work closely with various departments, including convention services, marketing, and revenue management, to ensure seamless execution of group sales strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is required for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is also necessary. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of English, are essential for success in this role.
