Customer Service Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Blue. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contacts.
- Research and provide information to customers using internal systems and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Escalate priority issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary education degree or university degree (Bc/MA).
- Fluent knowledge of English (intermediate/upper-intermediate, both written and spoken).
- Fluent knowledge of a second foreign language (upper-intermediate, both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
