We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team at Saudi Ceramic Company. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English and a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Meet and guide potential buyers, identify their needs, and create solutions to achieve smooth sales.
- Obtain request invoices and follow up with concerned bodies about them.
- Ensure inventory (stock) is sufficient before committing to customers and resolve any shortages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction prior to and after sales.
- Maintain customer records to understand valued buyers and retain them.
- Review customer requests with concerned entities in the company and with the delivery division.
- Contact customers and provide them with needed promotional items/materials.
- Perform other assorted activities as assigned.
