Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Certifications: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Instructional Designer (CID) certification preferred.
