The ideal candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in executing tasks, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, tracking link creation, and monitoring active marketing programs for improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain tracking links for shows
  • Monitor and enhance marketing programs

Exhibitor Engagement:

  • Act as primary contact for exhibitors, handling requests and communication
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage and update the marketing side of the exhibitor manual
  • Onsite management of exhibitor requests
  • Ensure timely completion of sponsorship marketing deliverables

Administrative Tasks:

  • Liaise with external suppliers for design and production of marketing materials
  • Assist in coordination of sales brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails, etc.
  • Provide reporting information as required by the show team
  • Offer on-site support at shows, involving ad-hoc work as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B Marketing
  • 1-2 years experience in a support role requiring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Native Arabic Speaker
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Trustworthy, professional, and reliable
  • Good teamwork with colleagues
  • A good eye for design and writing compelling content
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing or a related field
