Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, as well as strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, managing the organisation's presence on various social media platforms, and collaborating with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling digital campaigns and content that enhance customer experience and brand interaction.

You will also oversee website content management and optimisation to improve user experience and conversion rates, work closely with Revenue and Distribution departments to ensure seamless product and service delivery, and stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. You should have minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.

You should be proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems, with excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
