We are seeking a skilled Digital & Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful campaign management, with experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities include managing the organisation's presence on various social media platforms, collaborating with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling digital campaigns and content, and overseeing website content management and optimisation to improve user experience and conversion rates.
You will also work closely with Revenue and Distribution departments to ensure seamless product and service delivery, stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, and manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
* Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
* Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
