We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in the construction and project management industry. Our client, a large-scale international project management and construction business, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Review Officer to join their Riyadh team.

**Job Summary**

The Senior Design Review Officer will be responsible for overseeing all design reviews, processes, and procedures. This role requires strong technical knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, and applications of engineering methods and materials. The ideal candidate will have a degree in an architectural or engineering field and over 15 years of experience in the specific field.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders on all projects in relation to budgets, managerial, and design review decisions during the projects' design.
  • Supervise and manage design review processes, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory codes and standards.
  • Develop and implement design review procedures and protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure design reviews are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to design teams to ensure design reviews are conducted in accordance with industry standards.

**Requirements**

  • **Education:** Degree in an architectural or engineering field from an internationally recognized university.
  • **Experience:** Over 15 years of experience in the specific field, with a strong background in project and design engineering, systems start-up, field engineering, and utilities.
  • **Skills:** Proficient knowledge of procurement, construction, contracts, and quality assurance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • **International Experience:** Experience of working internationally, with a strong understanding of global project management practices.
