Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: From a western accredited university; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven Experience: 18+ years in engineering management roles, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
  3. Strong Technical Expertise: Ability to provide hands-on guidance and support to engineering teams.
  4. Excellent Leadership Skills: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  5. Solid Understanding of Project Management: Budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  6. Proficiency in Engineering Software: Tools and technologies relevant to your industry and projects.
  7. Professional Certifications: PE (Professional Engineer) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
  8. Active Membership: Saudi Council of Engineering.
