Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to grow hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and individual leads. Target new markets, industries, and segments to expand the hotel's client base.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. This includes creating detailed action plans, prospecting new leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  4. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively prospect and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, networking, and site visits. Develop outreach programs to ensure the hotel is visible to potential clients in the market.
  5. Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to develop and adjust strategies that keep the hotel competitive and relevant in the market.
  6. Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare customized proposals and contracts for clients, ensuring that terms are favorable to both the hotel and the client. Negotiate rates and other terms as needed.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and pipeline status. Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  8. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to ensure a seamless sales process, optimal guest experience, and maximum profitability.
  9. Networking & Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to stay up to date on trends and to represent the hotel in the local and international markets.
  10. Customer Feedback & After-Sales Support: Ensure that client expectations are met, and solicit feedback to improve future services. Maintain relationships post-sale to encourage loyalty and referrals.
