About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Finance Director to join our team at Deka Minas Pty Ltd T/A Deka Minas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and business operations of our hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively increasing responsibility. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Chartered Accountant, Master in Business/Hospital Administration (MBA) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, manage operating and capital budgets, and provide guidance on asset management and financial trends.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of managers and administrative staff, develop and implement processes for staff recruitment, retention, and personal development, and ensure effective communication of department-related information throughout the hospital.
  • Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the revenue cycle process, maintain knowledge of governmental and private insurance reimbursement methodologies, and ensure timely completion of monthly financial statements and productivity reports.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish a five-year strategic financial plan as part of the hospital's strategic planning process, and collaborate with department/service managers to implement financial plans and productivity benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Chartered Accountant, Master in Business/Hospital Administration (MBA)
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in financial management with progressively increasing responsibility, minimum of 5 years of experience as CFO, controller, or finance director in a hospital setting
