Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing all aspects of sales operations, including pricing, planning, and forecasting, quotas, incentives, analytics, lead flows, and Microsoft Dynamics/SFDC.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience in Sales Operations with related responsibilities and a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related area. They will possess strong analytical skills to perform analysis on data, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management.

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and support of equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensuring quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales operations, including pricing, planning, and forecasting, quotas, incentives, analytics, lead flows, and Microsoft Dynamics/SFDC.
  • Assist in the development and support of equitable assignment of sales force quotas.
  • Ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Identify sales training requirements and execute for the field team.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience in Sales Operations with related responsibilities and a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related area.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills to perform analysis on data, excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to reach out and work with senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC (including creation of SFDC dashboards).
