About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales and Distribution Strategist to lead our sales and distribution efforts in the KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, improve market share, and increase customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our distributor partners to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, you will have the ability to negotiate with distributors and key partners, implement advanced Value Selling techniques to maximize value for our distributors and end users, and develop world-class partnerships and relationships with large distributors.

You will drive 'sell through' relationships with distributors and intermediaries, financially analyze distributor's performance to monitor return on investment and cash flow, and ensure long-term viability. Furthermore, you will transfer capability and passion for our brands to the Distributor partner's whole organization, which is critical to the sustainability of our strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, improve market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with distributor partners to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Negotiate with distributors and key partners to secure business deals and expand our market presence.
  4. Implement advanced Value Selling techniques to maximize value for our distributors and end users.
  5. Develop world-class partnerships and relationships with large distributors.
  6. Drive 'sell through' relationships with distributors and intermediaries.
  7. Financially analyze distributor's performance to monitor return on investment and cash flow.
  8. Ensure long-term viability of distributor partnerships.
  9. Transfer capability and passion for our brands to the Distributor partner's whole organization.
