Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Managing Director with correspondence and official representative functions
  • Oversee administrative procedures such as visa processes and document issuance
  • Support the sales team with organizational tasks and data management

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Prepare financial reports and manage budgets
