About the Position:

  1. We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can engage with stakeholders to detail business requirements and document all business needs.
  2. The ideal candidate will transform these requirements into user stories, utilizing tools like JIRA for demand and change management.
  3. A strong understanding of communication and documentation skills is essential for success in this role.
  4. This position involves facilitating stakeholder engagement and clarification, as well as implementing channels for effective collaboration.
  5. Candidates must possess good knowledge of Saudi capital market functionality.
  6. Providing valuable input for UI/UX portal design for retail and corporate clients is also a key responsibility.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements.
  2. Develop user stories based on business requirements.
  3. Utilize JIRA for project management.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Design and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
