Commercial Lead for Project Sales

In this challenging role as a Senior Projects Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth for Schneider Electric in the KSA market. Based in Riyadh, you will be a part of the esteemed Home & Distribution Business Unit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Foster deep relationships with distributors and suppliers to drive sales efforts forward.
- Secure contracts and agreements that meet client requirements and maximize Schneider Electric's market share.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue strategic project opportunities.
- Develop tailored solutions and technical proposals to address client needs and stay competitive.
- Leverage your expertise to build trust with clients, address concerns, and deliver world-class service.
- Conduct rigorous project analyses to identify high-growth areas and capitalize on emerging trends.
- Regularly assess and refine your sales strategy to optimize results and exceed targets.
An accomplished engineer with excellent communication and negotiation skills is ideal for this position. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or 5 years in sales/technical capacities are also required.
