Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet our business needs.
  • Collaborate with our management team to determine recruitment requirements and priorities.
  • Source, screen, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards.
  • Manage candidate relationships from initial contact to offer extension, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Organize and execute selection events, including interviews and assessments.
  • Assess candidate applications, coordinate recruitment processes, and draft and extend job offers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust recruitment pipeline, including candidate databases and job descriptions.
  • Represent Roland Berger Strategy Consultants at recruitment events, career fairs, and campus events to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Oversee the internship program in Saudi Arabia, including follow-up with interns and conducting exit interviews.
  • Contribute to HR projects, such as tool development, HR program implementation, and university marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in an international company within professional services.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of full talent acquisition cycle processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment with high energy levels.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives.
  • Flexible in working approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
