About the Role:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Central & Eastern Region of KSA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth, customer engagement, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales and Application Specialists to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure team alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Western & Southern Region.
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and regional targets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on regional campaigns and initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional support.
  • Collaborate with the customer relationship team to enhance engagement and retention.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Training & Development:
  • Facilitate product and sales training for team members.
  • Promote a learning culture to ensure the team stays updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IVD, Life Sciences.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  3. Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse sales teams.
  4. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to travel within the region as required.
