Regional Sales Director

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Central & Eastern Region of KSA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth, customer engagement, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales and Application Specialists to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure team alignment with business goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Western & Southern Region.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and regional targets to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on regional campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional support.
- Collaborate with the customer relationship team to enhance engagement and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Facilitate product and sales training for team members.
- Promote a learning culture to ensure the team stays updated with product knowledge and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in IVD, Life Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse sales teams.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
