About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Manager to join our team at the Saudi Patient Safety Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and design of applications based on business requirements, as well as managing and maintaining computer networks, workstations, and supporting server systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and design of applications based on business requirements
  • Manage and maintain computer networks, workstations, and supporting server systems
  • Train/guide users on the proper use and security of all systems
  • Lead internal and external assessments of IT department practices, digital transformation, and understanding current problems and gaps
  • Oversee the improvement and maintenance of existing systems and ensure their compatibility with the latest technologies
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT application management, development, and implementation
  • Application background is a must
  • Relevant certification in IT management or related areas
  • Experience in information technology and solving various software and hardware problems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
