Retail Sales Manager Position

Bounty Hunter World is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our team in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales, specifically within the HoReCa and wholesale sectors.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam).
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the HoReCa and wholesale channels.
  3. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HoReCa and wholesale sectors.
  4. Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HoReCa and wholesale sectors.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry best practices.
  10. Represent the company professionally at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Proven experience leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with HoReCa and wholesale customers is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Currently residing in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
