About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our Schneider Electric team as an Inside Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing account profiles and executing the sales plan. You will apply your knowledge of market and account skills to deal with specific target audiences, identifying and contacting potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Securing customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery).\
  3. Utilizing BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management and for Account Planning.\
  4. Providing monthly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner.\
  5. Participating in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance.\
  6. Preparing sales quotations and proposals with the help of the quotation team in respect of FS expected margin.\
  7. Working closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and the BU account manager to maximize business opportunities.\
  8. Finding new ways to educate customers on SE products and services with special attention on recurring and digital offers.\
  9. Providing mentoring, coaching, and guidance to other sales employees.\
  10. Coordinating and/or attending trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
