About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Werfenlife SA. as part of our EEMEA organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses strong technical expertise in Acute Care solutions and has excellent communication skills to collaborate with distributors, partners, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide both theoretical and practical application training to EEMEA partners and other stakeholders.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Offer telephone, email, and on-site second-level application support and troubleshooting to distributors.
  • On-Site Support: In line with the EEMEA policy, provide on-site application support to our partners for any first installation in their countries.
  • Coordination and Organization: Coordinate with distributors to support customers. Organize regular visits to selected countries to provide support to our partners.
  • Consultancy and Improvement: Support distributors and affiliates with a consultancy approach in organizing and improving their local application structure and capabilities.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Adopt and implement Corporate support initiatives into the EEMEA region.
  • Troubleshooting and Escalation: Act as primary contact for the troubleshooting of quality and performance issues, open and follow up complaints when applicable, and escalate to the SBU when needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Cooperate with other internal representatives to support EEMEA and the Company's commercial strategy including the support of IT solution implementation.
  • Information Sharing: Share technical product information updates with all pertinent stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Resources: Regularly upload and update internal communication channels with relevant documentation such as operator manuals, product information, and other relevant materials and resources to technically support distributors and affiliates.
  • Meetings and Conference Calls: Organize support meetings and conference calls with our partners and affiliates to share information and align main application strategies and actions.
  • Communication and Updates: Keep the EEMEA internal team and management updated on key support projects, actions, and initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend international meetings to remain current on technical updates, best practices, application strategy, and corporate projects.
  • Tender Support: Eventually, support our partners especially from non-zero distance countries on tenders technical specifications and other pre-sales activities.
  • Solution Evaluation: Eventually, help distributors to perform evaluation of our solutions to commercial prospects.
  • Marketing Plan Implementation: Support the implementation of the marketing plan for the assigned business line products in the area of responsibility with the coordination of the EEMEA Marketing team.
  • Event Organization: Support the organization of educational events in alignment with the marketing plan.
  • Product Recommendations: Advise channel managers and KAMs for the most suitable product solution in commercial opportunities.
  • Tender Profit Analysis: Support in the profit analysis for tenders.
