About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at BMC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance student recruitment and institutional visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive student recruitment and lead generation.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
    • Collaborate with the Content & Social Media Specialist to align paid strategies with organic content efforts.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing Analyst / Strategist to refine targeting and audience segmentation.
  • Email Marketing & Automation
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, student recruitment, and engagement.
    • Manage CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) to segment audiences and automate workflows.
    • Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, conversion rates) using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst / Strategist for deeper data analysis and market insights.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
    • Optimize ad spend across channels, adjusting bids and targeting for peak performance.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized digital marketing projects when needed.
