Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah. As an Ambassador of Montblanc, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth within the boutique.

Main Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases the brand's luxury appeal.

Key Performance Metrics

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, monitoring usage of Meapp and other self-learning tools to optimize training and development opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation for the brand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, sharing best practices and expertise to drive success.
