About the Role

ARK People Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to play a key role in advancing our mission in Saudi Arabia. As a member of our dynamic Business Development Team, you will create impactful digital marketing strategies and contribute to promoting our vision and initiatives to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
  • Create relevant and engaging digital content for our online platforms, including our website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Manage and expand our presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize our online visibility through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience, nurture leads, and promote our programs and events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing initiatives, generating reports and using data-driven insights to refine our strategies and campaigns.
  • Website Management: Collaborate with our web team to maintain an up-to-date and user-friendly website.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms and materials.
  • Partnership and Outreach: Work in tandem with our Business Development Assistant, Communications Officer, and Graphics Designer to identify and cultivate partnerships that align with our goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the same industry as ARK People Solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, content).
  • Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Estimated Salary:

RSD 3,200,000 - RSD 4,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
