About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Law Firm Learning and Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the Professional Development (PD) team, you will collaborate with the Director of Attorney Development and other Managers to create and implement programs to onboard, train, mentor, develop, engage, and retain attorneys with a focus on associates and professional development initiatives.

You will lead or contribute to projects across the firm, such as Associate Retreats, Associate Review Process, and Mentor programs. Additionally, you will manage and lead firmwide projects and have regional office responsibilities, including developing a deep understanding of each office culture and fostering relationships with Managing Shareholders and Career Development Liaisons (CDLs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in attorney professional development, with a strong background in project management and adult learning techniques. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement local programming in partnership with CDLs
  • Develop and administer training programs that meet professional development goals
  • Serve as the point person for CLDP and CPD programs internally and with regulatory agencies
  • Provide associate orientation and integration into the office and firm
  • Work with associates on individual career development plans
